SSS is an 80cm x 60cm abstract painting created using acrylic and liquid paints in blue, turquoise, pink and purple tones over a textured clay canvas.
I wanted to create a painting in similar colours to my previous work Crystal Magic, but on a larger scale and using some of my left over liquid paints that create a honeycombed and hammered effect.
I love the richness of this abstract composition, and the liquid paints create a vivid and contrasting texture against the rougher clay background.
